We had a lovely weekend stay at this hotel. The breakfast offered a good mix of Japanese and Western cuisine. The rooms were clean and spacious, offering plenty of room for our family. What we enjoyed the most was the free transportation to the railway station which was a bonus, making our departure stress-free. the hotel has a fantastic public bath, which is perfect for relaxation after a long day of sightseeing.
The hotel staff could improve their communication skills, as they struggled with limited English. the entrance to the bathroom is situated on a step-up entrance which could present some safety hazards.

Spent Easter at a hotel and it was great! the breakfast offered was exceptional, had a variety from Japanese to Western cuisine. the view from the room was lovely and the public bath was outstanding. It was great to have such good accommodations close to the lake which was perfect for scenic walks.
The staff had a language barrier and couldn't communicate well in English, making it hard for us to convey our message. When we made our reservation, we asked for a non-smoking room, but it was challenging to get that as the hotel does not offer this option.
